  Does anyone know what the red, green, grey colors of resources amount means.
  
  I assumed green meant you had enough resource, but that does seem to be the case.
  
  Any help is appreciated.

  I’m not sure what you mean.
  
  For example if you go into screen to upgrade a building:
  Resource Requirement is listed like this:
  Your RSS / Needed RSS
  * (Think) Green means you got some stats to reduce the RSS needed
  * Whilte mens you got all the needed RSS
  * Red means you lack RSS
