Quick COA question

  I finally decided to abandon my kingdom and go to an old one. I blasted through to c17 in about 48 hours. My plan was to pause here until I can get everything caught up. Anyway, I still can’t put COA on. It’s not open yet. I thought it used to open at 15 or 16. Any clue when you can start using them now? Maybe 20 since they have now locked out that expedition until you are a c20?
  
  And starting over sucks. Didn’t mind making new accounts for farms but for a main I’m not liking it much. Can’t join in on the fun.

  something about that is different in the patch latest patch I will need a few days to look into and make adjustments myself.
  
  The RR links will always take you to CURRENT upload or the CURRENT Live event so good book marks.
