Mega rally using farms

Here is an abominably silly question. If you had a high stat C40 start a mega rally and send 1 Troop, then fill that mega with marches from C22-26 farms from all over the kingdom to say 1700000, despite the lack of high tier troops, would it put a dent in the low tier troops of another C40 and fill their sanctuary? Would it say kill all their T1 and T2 if they had a million of them?
