  Mr Donny, T1 and T2 are not in spinbreaker calculator, do we need to fill up T1 and T2 or go to war without.

  go without. The older thinking isn’t cost effective and it costs you more to heal and you have a higher loss over the course of the day by prefilling yoru hospitals and sanctuaries with low level troops. Plus the actual kill ratio is lower from the older formations.
