Anyone know if I can upgrade to silver without paypal?

  Yes you can, there are different payment options available after u select check out.

  Yes the silver is Now default credit card and if you want paypal you select paypal at the time. I had to wait for some security updates before i asked people for CC numbers. We dont store them but I do pass them and that is a special certification i have to get for Europe as of 2 months ago. All Done all fixed thanks for asking.
  
  The RR links will always take you to CURRENT upload or the CURRENT Live event so good book marks.
