        Going to start this topic and try to keep it updated. Amazon coin purchases are important to make sure content creators get paid for the work they do in creating game content. I witnessed breakage between Amazon and FunPlus first hand and both blamed each other. Hopefully we can find together and screen shot share how to fix these problems.

          I had/am having the same problem. Each time Amazon has said the problem is resolved I have the same issue. I’m retrieving my account now for the 3rd time. #struggletosave

            Working on making my Amazon Wish list public at same time i am working directly with Amazon to try to fix the random purchase problems with coins.

              When I first started using Amazon, I downloaded the Amazon appstore to my phone and it worked good for the first couple of smaller orders that I purchased because I was just testing it out. Everything is good the updates do lag a bit but everything is the same. I go to purchase 10,000 coins and it wont allow me to over and over. I then called Amazon directly and they were first telling me that it was fraud so it automatically locked my account. I asked to speak with a manager to let them know that it is not fraud and ask them what I did wrong. They told me that it’s something the system does to prevent fraud, so they unlock my account and tell me to wait 24 hours before making another purchase. 2 days later go to purchase another 10,000 coins same exact thing happens. This happened 2 more times and I told them I was done with them. They connect me to a different manager and she actually starts asking me to try out different things to troubleshoot the problem. We tried everything on her checklist and nothing worked I could not make a purchase. Then she asks me if I’m trying to make the purchase from my phone or a computer. I told her my phone and she said there is your problem…go to a computer and try to make the same purchase…Sure enough it worked the first time and every time that I have purchased coins after. This was my experience with this topic and Hope it helps somebody.
