Hi everyone,
I’m currently collecting the tactical manual parts by collecting bounties. I know it’s hard grind but am making good progress. I have 500 inks already to upgrade it to next level too (don’t know from where though). There is practically no information online about these abilities and how much it costs to upgrade them but I assume it’s 500 for the first level at least.
My question is which ability to unlock once I’ve collected 500 Manuscripts?
Or if there’s any information you guys can refer me to I’d be grateful.Personally I wonder with the new major march sizes that best would be the 2% DMG and kills as my march capacity is 475k buffed it would be decent.
What do you guys think?
